Upload videos/files to Heyday straight from your computer

One of the things we’ve heard from many of our users is that they don’t always have their content stored in services that we integrate with, like Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, etc. They do have it on their computer, and they’d like to just add it to Heyday.

With our latest update, you can do just that! You can now upload video recordings, PDFs, presentations, etc., straight into a topic in Heyday. So, let’s say you’re doing a 360 review for a coaching client, and you have video recordings of interviews, you can now just upload them straight from your computer and use them just like you would Zoom calls processed by Heyday!

Here’s how:

  1. When you open up a topic now, there’s a new button “Upload from your computer”
  2. When you click that, choose any number of files from your computer to upload
  3. It will take 3-5 minutes depending on the size of each file for the Heyday AI to process the file
  4. Once it’s processed, use that content to ask questions, draft content or whatever else!

Here’s a quick demo video of me setting up a “Heyday Guide” topic from uploads:

Enrich your client’s details with LinkedIn and Pronouns

The more calls you have with clients, the more meaningful details you learn about them — their pets, their spouse’s name, what they care most about, and on.

Wouldn’t it be great if your notes reflected those details?

Now they will!

This week, you’ll notice three improvements to your People profiles:

  1. Get the pronouns right. My cofounder Sam is “he”. My friend’s cofounder Sam is “she”. Now you can add pronouns to people's profiles so Heyday respects their identity…and you don’t have to fix mistaken references in your notes.
